Best known as accordionist and electronic experimentalist with the visionary folk trio Lau, Martin Green is increasingly recognised as a composer, arranger and collaborator in his own right.

The work of Martin Green, along with the vocals of Becky Unthank (The Unthanks), Mogwai’s Dominic Aitchison, the massed forces of the Chorus and Orchestra of Opera North and field recordings made along the river form Aeons – an epic, original piece of music designed to be heard through headphones during a half-hour walk along Hadrian’s Wall Path. Aeons runs from June 22nd to September 7th 2018.
